Cancellation Policy

At VeilSide Automotives and Bodyworks, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at sales@veilside.com.pk or call us at +92-321-0217799 as soon as possible.
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
Processing Time
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been successfully processed.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- If your order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Shipped Orders
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, return the items in accordance with our return policy. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy
Custom or Personalized Items
- Orders for custom or personalized products cannot be canceled once production has begun.
